The metal plaque under the praying boy reads "God Bless This Child" and under that is where you can add, the child's name.  There is also a plastic picture sleeve that is 3 1/2" by 2 1/2" currently with the famous Guardian angel, big sister and little brother crossing the bridge and the Angel guarding them as they cross (or where you can place your own photo of the your child.)
This is from my grandmother's estate and is in plastic bag and original box with sticker.  Box is aged and a bit scuffed.  Frame is in mint condition, never used.
