The picture frame box is in excellent condition, the lid is broken. Beautiful detail!  I believe that this is made by A. Richesca, there is no tag or box, but the part number is similar to other items that are listed.
It measures approx. 4" H without the lid x 4" x 4".  There is room for 4 - 3" x 3" photos and you can either put in a tea light or to hold cotton balls or other items.  The little girl on the moon could be used for just decoration I guess or if you're handy, make a lid and put it on top...anyway it was just way too cute to throw away.....
I do have a another photo frame similar to this one that is listed and is not broken.
Please note that I messed up and put the wrong box with this top.  I have another listing that has the right box and will make sure that it is the correct one when I send them.  Will put up new pictures shortly.
